Every process that is run even when running just the OS the system will freeze .. sorta like a hiccup I don't know what any other thing it could be but i very sure its not my HD or my mem cause I defaged the HD and did a ram test (the long kind). So plase help me.

1st question how high is your cpu and system temps . you should able to get this with speedfan its not the best but youll have some idea on its temps.what OS are you using as this may help me or someone else fix the problem.run a virus scan if might have some thing messing with your OS
