I have a phenom 720be .
Its specs say that it can operate between vcore of 0.850 -1.425V.

Currently i'm running it at 1.17v @ stock speeds & getting pretty lower temps.
Can i safely run it at 1volts? or lower?
I dont wish to oc it.

You can run it as low as you want as long as it is stable.... wow, could I have thrown a few more as's in there?
