System Spec's:
AMD Athlon Phenom 9600 BE, 2.3ghz x 4, not overclocked.
4GB Corsair ram, 800mhz
WD 500GB SATA Drive x2
WD 320GB SATA Drive x2
XFX GF 8800gt 640mb ddr3
MSI K9A2 CF-F (790X chipset)
Vista Ultimate
All drivers and firmware are up to date, and I'm just not stunned with the performance of this system.
I primarily play WoW, and I'm a multiboxer, the system gives amazing scaling for running many copies at a time (5x with no problems), however the performance on a single copy is just average at best. I have friends with similarly configured systems that blow me away performance wise...
Any advice?
I was reading about the TLB patch and was wondering if disabling that would help? If so, how... or any other advice.

Framerates are no where near what I would expect, 20-30 in high pop areas, 10-15 in high intensity encounters, nothing more than 60-65 out in the boondocks with nothing intensive on the screen. I really don't care at all about the 60-65, however I'm concerned about the 10-15 in the high intensity encounters.
I'm on a very solid network connection and I can guarantee that is not the issue.
Something has to be wrong. I play wow on my phenom 9600 with geforce 8600 gt 256meg card from a year ago and i got 60fps lock with the exception of shat which fluctuates crazily no matter your pc.

Watch out for Vert Sync. disable it and it will help your FPS. However i also have similar issues but i think mine is more related to windowed mode with 2 additional monitors.
