PCMCIA card reader PC 750


I can not get both card reader docks to be enabled, when both are
enabled, I insert a card to be read I am unable to read the card. I
open device manage, find the card which has a '?' right click
to view error and it displays the error "This device can not find
enough resources that it can use (code 12)"
if I disable one of the card docks it will read the card.
there are no other PCI cards installed

If I remove the memory sticks. 2 when using ( 4 @ 1Gig) or 1 when using (2 @ 2 gig)
both docks work perfectly.
I have tried modifiing the memory alloction many times.
why is the memory an issue.
I need the 4 gig
