Encoding in VirutalDub, using the HuffYUV MT (multithreading) codec, I notice the X4 is slower than the X2. Speeds of MPEG-2 encoding are about the same. Only H.264 in MainConcept is faster on.

Anybody else have similar experiences?

what speed is the X4 ?

What speed is the X2 ?

Does the program utilize all 4 cores evenly ?

Lot of questions just came into play here lol

just because it said multithreading dont mean its quad threading.
