i have a problem my amd phenom x3 2.30GHz. but now its running at 1.20 what should i do i dont know what happen. its that normal or what.? plsss help hank you. i format my pc and reset the bios setup nothings change its stil 1.20GHz.

GF8100 m2+se
2gb memory
1gb video card
