Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit is not recognizing this processor. Cant use Easytune either. Motherboard detects it fine but device info says it is running at 810mhz. Is there a fix for this?

What board are you trying to use with what bios version ?

810 Mhz reading is normal enough if CnQ is off and cstate and boost is on, ya have to load her down to see the speeds increase.

Turn on CnQ to lock the speeds @ a higher rate on the low none load side, I use 2650 Mhz my self 50% speed in windows power options set as low side.
