When I built my PC, the fan would go around 5200rpm, but now its very quiet.. Max temps when I do a AMD Overdrive Benchmark,.. well its been going for about 10 mins now, and its stable @ 52 degrees celsiu, and my MB - 33. I've got Turbo V enabled but im still seeing only 3.2Ghz, normally I see it go up to 3.4. A few times I HAVE seen it go up to 3.8=3.9Ghz!!

The stock HS/Fan is sitting at 4530rpm constant.

My question here is. HOW do I get it spin up that fast without the temps getting up that high? Basically bringing the fan to come on earlier.

Using EPU/Ai Suite, If i set the fan to 100%, It just hangs around 3800rpm. I dont understand this.

Any help?

Sorry, btw im running:

AMD X6 1090T @ stock speeds
ASUS M4A88TDM-V Evo/USB
4G 1600 CL8 Kingston
650W C/Master PSI
Sapphire 6850 GFX

Everything is running stock settings
Thanks.

Actually, I have resolved it. I think it was a glitch. I turned Q fan off/on, and its okay now lol.

I OC'd it last night as well. Got 4.05Ghz with just the Auto tune feature, didnt turn Turbo V, nor the switch on the mobo.
