I received a AMD X6 1090T Phenom II Black Edition processor for christmas. On 03/08/12 it stopped working. I checked all my hardware in another computer and found it is the processor. I filled out the online request for warranty work on 03/10/12. As of today I still have not received any response from AMD other then your auto response I have used AMD for more than 12 years, but if this is the customer service I can expect then I will be forcd to go to your competitor. I have been without my computer for a month now and that is not acceptable. Any help in getting my processor replaced will be appreciated.

This is a user forum, no body here works for AMD and the people who do work for them don't even come here.

I agree with you AMD should have gave you a responce by now on your RMA but you might be out of luck on getting replacment 1090T since AMD has stoped making the PhenomII line.

All I can say is keep on them, don't give up and good luck

PII 1100T (Extinct)
Asus M4A78T-E (should be Extinct)
4Gb of Corsair XMS3 1600Mhz DDR3 (Going strong)
2x1GB 5850's (On their last lags)
Corsair HX850W (Awsome)
NZXT Phantom case (too ***** big)
