I have a (ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics (Microsoft Corporation WDDM1.1) card.It says it needs an update and when i use the AMD VISION Engine Control Center to update my graphics go reall screwy.If i play games the words and letters look like some other language,the graphics will start flashing and black lines will be all over the place.I tried different driver programs and the engine control center and they all have the same affect.The only thing different after the update is there is no Microsoft Corporation WDDM1.1at the end of the updated driver.What can i do?Do i completely uninstall the driver and then download the new one or what?

if its a laptop you need to use the one from the manufacture,
you should uninstall before update,

If its a desktop you should go to your motherboards manufactures web site or you can try AMD's support & drivers and in the component category put motherboard/chipset than radeon 3xxx series.
