I found a table on DELL's website that displays configuration information about the uses of HyperMemory with the ATI Xpress 1150.

PhyRAM UMA SysRAM SharedRAM HyperMem = UMA+SysRAM
512 64 448 192 256
768 64 704 192 256
1024 128 896 128 256
1536 128 1408 128 256
2048 128 1920 128 256

I have a DELL notebook with 2GB of RAM. Given this information, I just want to understand one thing. When I look at the the reported memory adaptor size from the XP Display Properties -> Settings Tab -> Advaned Button -> Adaptor Tab it says 700MB. This doesn't make any sense to me since the ATI Xpress 1150 only supports 256MB. What where does that number come from and how is it being calculated?
