Voltage 1.15 volt, 31 watt

and i want to upgrade to :
AMD Turion X2 TL-68 2.4 Ghz "Tyler" (65 nm)
2x512 L2 Chace, HT 800 Mhz, Multiplier 12x, Socket S1
Voltage 1.075/ 1.10/ 1.25 Volt, 35 watt


it is Possible to upgrade?
