Hi! i have an AMD mobile HD 3200 processor into my HP notebook. The thing is, i have to connect this notebook to a monitor in order to work: the laptop screen is not working.
I updated the drivers and sometimes, i mean, like once or twice per month the laptop screen works, right now its not working, so im connecting to a flat screen.

What can i do? is it a software problem? Hardware problem.?

Due to the highly erratic behavior, it most likely seems a hardware issue.
Try googling for your laptop's model name to find out if other users haven't had a similar issue.
If your computer's warranty still holds, you'd better get it checked by authorized tech support. That's the easy way out. But remember to double-backup all your important stuff and shred any sensitive info before you deliver it for repair.
