I bought a new M6805 notebook from BestBuy and soon I noticed that there is one dead pixel at my screen (always red).

Does anyone know about eMachine replacement policy is one dead pixel enough to take my laptop back to store and ask to change a screen for without extra charge?

I asked that from eMachine but they haven't answered yet.

Just take it back and have it exchanged, they will be more than happy to help out... I had the same issue with mine less than 48 hours after picking it up. I just took it back to the store that I bought it from and talked to the returns and exchange department and they exchanged it for me after showing a tech the issue with the laptop. Make sure that you return it before the 14-day policy is up, otherwise you will use your PSP if you purchased one.
