Hi

I have a Compaq Presario V3749AU Notebook PC.Recently i updated to win 7 and there starts the problem
when i switch on the laptop all the lights are glowing on the computer but blank display, i took my laptop to
hp service center where in they said its the problem with the cpu (AMD TURION 64 TL- 60 2GHZ),CPU is not recognizing the secondary memory slot.
both my ram (1gb and 1gb are in primary and secondary slot and both are working on the primary one but not on secondary slot
they say its not the problem with the slot its the problem with the cpu because they have replaced with another cpu which is reading both the memory
slots i wanted to know if this is true and how much will this cpu cost in INR.please help out with this matter.
