I have a question about this cpu, its a 1,5Ghz dualcore socket ASB1
I want to upgrade this cpu from a HP Microserver, but I don't know if this it's possible because there are a lot of versions of socket S1 and I think that they aren't electrically compatible.
For example, can I upgrade to a X640 or X940? This mobo use AMDRS785E/SB820M chipset.

The processor is in a BGA package, and it's soldered on a motherboard. It's not upgradeable.
