i am planning to buy a notebook with mobile sempron 2800+ 25W like the acer aspire 3022wlmi.

on the other hand i would like to maximize the battery life of the notebook. so i am planning to undervolt the cpu using the rightmark clock utility.

the question is: does the mobile sempron 2800+ 25W support all possible powernow/coolnquiet features??? i heard on several sites and from the author of the rightmark clock utility that only the "higher" semprons will have that.

since i couldn't find a satisfying answer to that on the amd website, i am asking here.

has anybody experience with a mobile sempron 25W??? maybe even undervoltet the cpu successfully?:-)

did you try to use rightmark clock utility to prolong battery life and reduce heat/noise?
