Anyone know how many watts this one consumes in a desktop ?

That depends on what the vcore is set to in the motherboard bios. The XP-M 2400+ is given a stock vcore of either 1.35v (35W) or 1.45v (45W). If the motherboard allows for that low of a vcore, then it should consume that much. If it only allows as low as say, 1.65v, that in turn would be 65W.
