This is cpu-z html report on my HP laptop in this repor I don't see any 64 instructions set suported bat cpu-z show a photo with athlon 64 logo

The XP-M, HP used is basically a cut down version of the Athlon64 used before they released the Sempron. So it is not a 64 bit ptocessor but you can still upgrade to a mobile Athlon64(Clawhammer core). Newer revisions wont probably work as HP havent updated the BIOS since 2004.
