Prelude76 Senior Member Posts: 3366 Joined: 02/01/2005	i'm thinking the answer is no, but is there any way to overclock the Acer 5002 series with the Turion chip? i have it running at 1.6ghz at 1.05V, so god know how high it can hit with 1.4V. i'm guessing at least 1ghz overclock, but any way to tweak the bios or thru software?

miner Senior Member Posts: 500 Joined: 02/22/2005	Not a really good idea OC'ing a laptop. Even if you want to there arent many options in the BIOS, you can try using Clockgen Possibly the only tool out there to OC a laptop. ------------------------- HP Pavilion TX2500..AMD Turion X2 Ultra ZM-86, 3GB DDR2 800, 320GB 5400rpm SATA, ATi Radeon HD3200/M780G.
