Hi

Can anyone tell me what is the better cpu out of these two Turion MT28 or Athlon 64 Mobile 3700+ I have the Turion one at the moment and would I gain anything by putting the Athlon one in my laptop any help woud be great

The A64 mobile 3700+ would be alot faster but it has a TDP rating of 60+ watts whereas your turion MT is a 25 watt part. IF your laptop was designed to only use turion MT's then it may not handle the extra power draw of the mobile athlon and even if it works, you will have overheating problems and very poor battery life. I would suggest getting a turion MT37 or MT40 as those will be faster and also low power. your laptop may also support the Turion ML's which are 35 W, but i would only use those if they were an option from the factory, otherwise the cooling may not be up to the extra 10 W.
