mobo, Compaq 0708h (can't seem to find out anything on this board= help here)

Cpu 1.2Ghz (socket A PGA) Generation 7th (7x86)
model, Athlon M4 (Thunderbird Pro [per SiSandra}) 650-1.4G, 1.7-1.8V
core volt, 1.750V

Sys. Bios, 786K3, SmBios/DMI ver. 2.30

What I would like to know is, what is the fasted cpu that I could put in this system. I know, I know get a new system, that is in the works for later this year. But for right now and after building a new system this will become my daughters computer.
I am having to put in a new hard drive, so was thinking about upgrading cpu also.
