I have assembled my first PC using a ECS K7VTA3 motherboard and AMD Duron 1.8 GHz CPU. My Windows XP indicates the CPU is operating at 1.3xx GHz. I can set motherboard jumpers for 100-133-166 MHz. I have not checked the as recieved configuration of the jumpers yet. My question:
Will one of the three frequencies (above) if selected provide the maximum capability of my CPU? {It has been suggested that I approach this on a cut and try basis, I would rather not if possible)

Anyway, you'll have to set the fsb speed to 133Mhz to get the right speed.
