I have a Toshiba satellite 2545xcdt with a Amd k-6 2 333megahertz
20 gig and 128 megabites of memory. Is any body knowing if the CPU can be upgraded to 500 Megahertz?

I can only tell you that IF your current Amd k-6 2 333megahertz is in a socket, then yes, you CAN upgrade to as fast as a K6-3+ 550 MHz.
And that would be a huge boost in performance.

you could also overclock what you have if your board doesnt support a cpu upgrade.
