I have an AMD athlon 2500+ barton core processor on an MSI KM4AM motherboard. the system sometimes randomly restarts while plays MOHAA. somebody told me o upgrade BIOS. but is it dangerous????? and would it help

no its not your bios, check your tempitures in the bios, wait until it resets then go STRAIGHT into bios and check your tempitures, if above 45*C then its a heating problem, an easy way to tell is to take the cover off of the case and set up a small deskfan blowing air right into the case, if that solves your problem then something is hot and its just a matter of finding out what.
