I have a 1999 AMD Athlon. These are numbers on the chip:

A0800APT3B, AFFA0030DPGW, 92158250283. 1999

What's the front side bus speed? And the CPU speed and gigahertz. What kind of RAM will it handle?

This is an 800MHz Athlon Thunderbird(model 4), 100MHz FSB, 256KB L2-cache, 1.70V Vcore, 90°C max temp - manufactured in 2000, week 30

What type of RAM you will be able to use depends on your motherboard, NOT the CPU.

This' "> will help you identify a CPU with their OPN
