I have a Duron 1200+ pro on my motherboard now and am wondering if I am able to upgrade to a higher speed CPU and how if possible for this MB

ECS-motherboards with those 'Pro'-CPUs come with the CPU soldered directly to the motherboard...they do not have a Socket, so upgrading is not possible

I always wondered if the CPU's were BGA package or if the CPU was the OPGA with the pins through hole on the board?

Re-working BGA sucks...it can be done, but it is not for the novice...
