Your Duron has a 100MHz
FSB. The 200MHz are because your FSB uses a DDR-technology(Double Data Rate) which enables the bus to transfer data twice as fast - hence the '200MHz' are actually its effective
Set your FSB to 100MHz and you will be fine.
