Can someone tell me the Intel eqivalent for an 800 Mhz AMD Duron? Is it an Intel Pentium II or III and at what speed?

Thanks

An 800 MHz Intel Celeron LOL. Or maybe that would have to be a 1GHz Celeron because AMD can perform more calculations with less cycles and they match with about 200MHz lost. Why do we ask, are you building a comp to compete with one? LOL probably not by curiosity is killing my cat.

HAHA, good one, but you would be better with amd as far as price and performance goes, i used to be an intel fanboy myself but i found out that my 600Mhz K6 cpu can wipe a 1.0Ghz pentuimIII at integer stuff so the choice is yours .

celirons are not good chips anyway, i like nacho cheese chips better.
realy though celirons are a waste depending on which one you get, Intel's best may be hot on the durons trail but again this is where price and performance comes into play.
