Iam going to upgrade my k6-2 to a k6-III,my motherboard is a soyo 5eh5 v1.2 super 7.Now iam wondering if iam going to get a performance increase the k6-2 is a 533mhz running at 523 mhz, 95 mhz bus frequency 5.5x multiplier the k6-III is 400mhz iam going to try to overclock it to 450 or 500mhz...So what do you all think...?

well, the K6-III has on-die L2-cache, so your mobo's L2-cache will act as L3. I am sure you will notice quite a difference in performance Congrats, man! the K6-III is a really awesome chip for its age, IMHO.
