There's a detail-view and description of the front panel connector(where you connect your PC-speaker, power-switch, LEDs, etc) on page 8 of your motherboard's manual. Look at p.3 in your manual to locate the connector - it's a 24-pin connector(22-pins actually - two pins are missing) called 'JPANEL1' and it is located below your battery and CMOS(BIOS)-chip.
The speaker is connected on the bottom row on pin 1 and the three pins next to it(horizontally). oooooooo__oo oooooooooooo
