A 1.0GHz Duron 'Morgan' has a 1.75V Vcore, 100MHz FSB and x10.0 multiplier. Vi/o is irrelevant, as Socket A CPUs don't use split voltages like the old K6-series - leave it on default.
The IWILL XP333-R allows for voltages between 1.65 and 1.85V to be set in BIOS - usually, Vcore will be autodetected properly. Just make sure JP31 is set to 100MHz FSB(1-2 position, default). Everything else should be autodetected without problems.
