The motherboard is capable of 166fsb, If you were to raise the fsb to 133, you'd have 1463mhz, same as a 1700+. However, that cpu may not like that, as it is a thunderbird and uses a high core voltage and makes alot of heat, and when raising the fsb, voltage may have to be raised also. So babysteps must be used when raising the fsb, a few steps at a time. Care must be taken when raising the fsb, because the pci bus goes up with it, until the next divider comes in, usually at 132. The divider is what controls the PCI bus clock, and at 100, is at 3:2:1, So the PCI bus is at 33.3mhz, at 125 using the divider of 3 = 41mhz. Hard drives along with vid cards and almost every thing else run at 33mhz, at 36 mhz, data coruption can result, at 38 things start burning up. The 2 in the divisor is the agp bus, which is twice the pci at 66mhz, so 41mhz pci = 82agp, Bad news. But that also depends on the board, The next divisor of 4:2:1 may come in at 125, dropping back to 31.2 mhz.
