Hmmmm...

- Are the fans spinning up?
- Are the LED's flickering?
- Are the HDD's powering up or clunking?
- Is the PSU fan spinning?
- Any POST beeps @ all?
- Have you cleared the BIOS?

reinstalled the fx 5200 agp card and noticed that the fan is not running. The processor and psu fans are operating. Perhaps a motherboard problem?
