In my laptop Acer Espire 1300 is standing a cpu Athlon mobile XP 1600+.
Can i use a same cpu without mobile?
Can i use a cpu the same type from a desktop?
How can i see the differents between them?

No you cant, the pins are diff. and the CPU is smaller as i have tried it already......

That's not strictly true. But generally speaking putting a destktop socket A cpu in a laptop is not a good idea.
