I install ATI Radeon HD2600 XT PCle on my Dell Dimension 9100 computer and the VPU Recovery continually resets the graphic driver. I have also received a "blue screen" error message describing a "2D" layering problem. I have up-dated every driver in the computer, but does not work. Does anyone have a way to correct this problem.

Possibly the power supply showing signs of weakening. Can you test with another, good PSU? Note that Dell uses special format PSU.
