I have a Presario 5240 with a AMDK6 chip in her. I'm wanting to upgrade the case but i ned to know what style of motherboard is in it. Tech support sux. So any ideas?

It's hard to say from the info supplied on your link.

If your back panel has the PS/2 mouse and Keyboard connectors side-by-side, and both the same size/style of connector, then your motherboard is the modern ATX style.

If the Keyboard connector is larger, (1/2 ~3/4" in dia.), and off by itself, then you need the older AT style of case.
Best bet for one of those is to check the 'curb-sale specials' in your neighbourhood, on garbage day.
It's amazing what some people throw away!
