Does anyone have this mysterious file? There are so many discussions on it on the web. None of which contain a link to, or even towards the driver. There are so many discussions that I can't make it far enough through them to get to the remedy if it's even in there, or on the other side, or out there??? I'm a wreck, HELP!

This fix for Windows 98 should have the following file attributes (or later):
