Am29240EH Enhanced RISC Microcontroller, 25 MHz,K = 208-Lead Plastic Quad Flat Pack (PQR 208), C = Commercial (TC = 0°C to +85°C)

Did you purchase this microcontroller with a development kit? The kit should have all the necessary drivers and software included..

We usually get our AMD IC's with a development kit that has all the needed software...
