So far it seems that there are no utilities for W2K to set Write Combining on a supported K6 CPU.
It seems though that Microsoft fixed a bug in NT 4.0 for the K7, as seen it this article below -

Does WC really make a big difference under Windows, or only in a DOS mode environment? I've heard conflicting views on this.
