I just got my K6-III+/450ACZ. I want to run it at 600MHz the 'hard' way. When I burn it in, should I run it fast or slow?

With a CPU that old you probably bought it used, in which case the CPU is burned in at it's normal frequency.

If you want to overclock it you have to burn it in at the overclocked frequency.
Be aware you probably need quite a bit of stability testing before you can just push the clock speed.

Surplus Computers said the cpu was new. Never been used.
