Hello i have a duron 850 mhz and it have a temperature of 43/45 celcius degrees and i think that its too much because when i started to play to age of empieres 2 it have a temperature of 50 degrees... well i want to know whats the normal temperature of this chips

At 43°C idle, and 50°C under load, you have NO problem!
