Hoping someone here may have some advice....

Building low-cost machine for friend and using AMD Duron 800 and Biostar M7MIA combo. At first, machine would only start fans, but nothing else. POST diag card showed error code of 0A "Setup interrupt vector table", which I never heard of before.

Looked closer and found CPU clock jumpers were left on 133mHz, changed to 100mHz setting per AMD specs.

Went to clear CMOS and found CMOS jumpers were left on Clear CMOS setting. Put jumpers back to Normal Operation position and now MB will not power on whatsoever!!!
