I have an old AMD-K6™3D, and would know if exists an uodate because while runing a test under Sandra, I got the msg saying that I have to update my BIOS.

can you pop the cover off the case and tell me if the motherboard is green or yellow colored, and if it sais "Epox" or "FIC" anywhere?
