There is an apparent difference between AMD188ES parts with a "94" copyright and a "96" copyright. All parts listed as "96" operate properly in our system and the "94" codes initialize, read FLASH, write to the I2C and then stall. Can anyone point me to what the potential difference in these parts might be?
