Recently, I have been having many computer problems, mostly starting from the conflict of my sound and video cards. Right now, I have basically a fresh install of Win2k and for some reason, I am having a couple odd problems.
First, every time I try to play a game, it either plays for a bit then closes on it's own, or just closes somewhat after loading.
Second, at first when I installed, my computer kept restarting itself after maybe 10 minutes of being in Win. At first, I attempted messing with the power management settings in my BIOS, testing every option (I did this because I had problems before with ACPI.sys durring startup). Fortunately, I am able to use it for a few things (such as writing this post). Although I am able to use it, once in a while it restarts itself as I attempt to play a game, or durring the startup sequence (I believe once Win has got past the logo screen, or right at the end)

All I want to do is play my games... any suggestions?
P.S. - I might also have something wrong in my BIOS, although my dad and I have both thouroughly checked it.
