If I add 2 more 640G drives, it appears from the help that RAIDXpert will allow me to migrate my RAID 1 to RAID 10.
My question is, will the migration by RAIDXpert preserve the data on the existing drives?
Seems like it could create the new logical RAID 10 drive(s), copy the image from the existing RAID 1 drive(s), then copy the image back to the existing drive(s) after it makes them into RAID 10. But can it?
I have been doing more thinking, I believe that the new disks added should give me more space (640G). Once the migraitions are done, would I be able to add more partitions?
My goal is to expand my disk space while adding the RAID 10 capability.
