dexter47 Lurker Posts: 2 Joined: 12/12/2010	Hi, I downloaded PC Wizard from cpuid website and it says that my processor supports Hyper-Threading Technology. I know that this technology is available for Intel's processors, but AMD? I own an AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual-Core Processor 3600+ and an ASUS M2N motherboard. If this technology is available for my processor, where do I activate it? I can't find it anywhere. Currently using bios version 0301 for ASUS M2N. Do i need to upgrade it so I can activate it? Canis-X The Frozen One Posts: 4142 Joined: 01/19/2009	Ok, no......HT is an Itel technology....it is not available in AMD processors.....although BullDozer is slated to have a technology that will parallel what Intel has when it is released.
