Hey all,

I recently had to reformat/reinstall windows xp on my AMD Athlon 64 3000+. Now I need to reinstall all of the drivers, but am unable to connect to the internet in the first place. When I try to set up a new network connection (my cable modem is connected to my netgear router, which distributes it to 4 computers) it says I need to install a network driver. I do not have any CD's containing these drivers because my computer was custom build by a friend. Where can I get the correct ethernet network driver for my computer? I have been searching all day! What mobo is it? They should have the driver on their website.

I'm sorry, I don't know what mobo refers to. Can you clarify?

Took me awhile to find it...I ended up just opening my computer. It says "made by Chaintech". So I guess the answer is I have a Chaintech mobo. I just searched and found this but I don't know what to make of it.

edit: I just found specifically its a VNF4 Ultra

I recently reinstalled Windows XP Home on an AMD Athlon XP 2600+ computer with an ASUS A7NBX-VM motherboard. I am lacking the network driver(s) to connect to the internet. Can you or anyone help me?

Once I get the correct driver(s), where do I put them?

Click on download, enter operating system(win XP) go to utilities and download and install Nvidia drivers for chipset, audio, LAN etc. You'll have to put them on a cd and them install them from the cd on your machine.
