i have a wireless network in my house. i am trying to access some files from another computer, but am having a problem. when I open my network neighborhood(win98 OS), I can see the computer I want to access, but when I click on it all i get is "computer is not accessable. the computer could not be found." what is the problem. I have file sharing on both computers, but on this one nothing happens. any help is appreciated.

Could be your firewall blocking it.

all the other computers are sharing files and internet no problem. whenever I try to ping the laptop, nothing happens. it must be the laptop right? when I open network neighborhood I can see all the computers, but when I try to open one I get a "[computer name] is not accessible.the computer or sharename could not be found.make sure you typed it correctly, and try again."
WTF???
